Refund and Returns Policy


I compliance with EU guidelines, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns.

We cannot repair your product if it breaks and we accept no responsibility for a broken product.

What does ‘Beta’ mean?

The ‘Beta’ status of the Proteus Controller means that it is very close to the final design and has all the major functionality of the final product but may have some minor quality differences. This is the reason for the major discount of the product.

Due to the Beta status of the Beta Proteus Controller Kit, there may be some mechanical or electronic issues with the controller. We are working very hard to ensure that this does not happen.

However, we do offer one-to-one video call assistance to anyone who purchases the product. You can discuss any issues or complaints and share your feedback and ideas directly with the team and we can try to implement them into the final version of the product.

This is a very exciting time, as customers can have a direct impact on the final design of the controller based on feedback from this product.
